Leo J. Borm III

Born in Philadelphia PA August 26, 1957

From an early age, Chef Leo III has enjoyed preparing food, and describes it as his passion. As a teenager, Leo loved to cook for friends and family, creating new dishes for them to enjoy. Leo spent most of his early years cooking for his family’s various food businesses. To this day, his family still knows exactly where to find him…in the kitchen, creating new and wonderful dishes. He finds satisfaction in seeing friends and family enjoy his food. Working in many well known establishments, Leo has fine tuned his ability to marry complementary spices and foods to create dishes to satisfy any palate. Through his experience, he has learned some wonderful tricks of the trade that is obvious when enjoying his signature food. Some places he has been employed as Executive Chef include Penrods in Miami Beach Florida; The B & L Yacht, where exclusive clients and entertainers attended cruises hosted by Anheuser Busch and General Electric Corporations. During his time on the yacht, Leo met many influential people who enjoyed and complemented him on the sumptuous meals they enjoyed. He also travelled throughout Florida, the Virgin and British Islands and various other places. More recently, he has had the opportunity to work as Executive Chef for The Marriott in NJ; The Hilton in PA, and the Mansions in Voorhees, NJ. In addition, Chef Leo is the recipient of the 2008 Bronze and Gold medals in the annual Pennsylvania Hilton Cook-Off, which showcases the talents of all Hilton Chefs in the Northeast.

Chef Leo III is back in New Jersey offering a delicious line up of dishes guaranteed to satisfy the pickiest customer!
